Platform Nature

Soulmade is a product-based platform.
All products offered on this website are sold by Soulmade.

Individuals who contribute products (“makers” or “contributors”) supply goods only. They are not engaged as employees, agents, freelancers, independent sellers, or business operators of Soulmade.

Soulmade is not:

  • an employer

  • a job or recruitment platform

  • a gig or freelance marketplace

Contributor Participation

Contributors participate by supplying products created during their own personal time, outside of their primary employment responsibilities.

Participation on Soulmade:

  • does not constitute employment

  • does not constitute self-employment

  • does not establish an agency, partnership, or representative relationship

Contributors do not:

  • handle customer payments

  • set retail prices

  • manage sales channels

  • communicate with customers

  • arrange or charge for delivery

All commercial activities, including pricing, payment processing, sales, and fulfilment, are managed solely by Soulmade.

Work Permit & Employment Considerations

Soulmade is designed to operate in a manner that does not interfere with or replace contributors’ primary employment.

Contributors remain fully responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of their own work permits, visas, or employment agreements. Soulmade does not provide legal advice regarding immigration or employment status.

Participation is voluntary and limited to product supply only.

Sales, Payments & Fulfilment

  • All customer payments are made directly to Soulmade through approved payment platforms.

  • Soulmade handles order processing, logistics, and delivery arrangements.

  • Shipping fees, where applicable, are clearly disclosed at checkout.

Contributors do not receive payments directly from customers.

Ethical Trade Commitment

Soulmade is guided by principles of ethical trade, including:

  • respect for human dignity

  • transparency in operations

  • fair and responsible practices

  • respect for cultural and personal boundaries

Soulmade does not engage in exploitative labour practices and does not represent itself as a charity or donation-based organisation.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing accurate delivery information

  • understanding product descriptions before purchase

  • complying with applicable import or customs regulations, where relevant

Soulmade reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary to comply with legal or operational requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Soulmade makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of information, product quality, and service delivery. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Soulmade shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.
